Located around a 2 hours drive South West from Panama City is the area of Peneome. Just past the Pacific beaches of Farallon and Santa Clara, the town of Penenome is the capital of the Cocle Province that sits on the Western Pacific Coast. Cocle is well known as a major agricultural province, supply a high amount of Panama's overall produce.

The produce in the area of Cocle is wide and very varied, but the main products are tomatoes and sugar, with more than 50% of the country's total sugar and tomatoes being grown here!!

The area also has stunning natural beauty, and the local markets are full of culture, both of which has resulted in an increase in tourism in the area, and has made the town and area of Penenome a popular tourist destination of the future. The area plays host to wonderful waterfalls, rolling hills, curiously shaped mountains and an abundance of wildlife to experience.

If you are into history and architecture, then this is a great place to visit, with some stunning spanish architecture left over from the Colonial times. It also has a lot of property, and if you are after a Spanish Hacienda at a reasonable price, this is the area for you!!

So its great for tourists, But what does it have to offer investors?

Location - It is located only 2 hours smooth drive from Panama City and there really is not much development at all compared to only half an hour closer to Panama. it is highly accessible and the roads are great!!

Weather/Climate - Very much like Santa Clara and Farallon the area has its own eco-climate receiving dry and sun for the majority of the year. The area is a hidden treasure for a hotel or beach house as between us and you the weather is the best in Panama here!!

Local Infrastructure - The area has always been an area visited by the rich and famous of Panama City which has meant a good infrastructure with regards to hotels and restaurants, but there is still lots of beach land available.
