The bedrooms are configured in the following ways: Master bedroom has 1 king size bed, Second bedroom (also beachfront) has 1 queen size bed, Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 children, 4th bedroom has two twin beds and finally there is space in the upstairs den/loft to sleep 1.

The back porch is a great place to spend the evening with your friends and family. With enough seating for 12 why not enjoy a game of cards and a cocktail, or read a book in one of the two extra-comfy hammocks. If you fancy a walk on the beach, you don't have to go far, one of the widest, most secluded and private beaches borders your patio area, and stretches for miles in both directions. If you prefer to spend time in the pool, then step right out of your porch into the resorts infinity edged pool, adjacent to the house.

There is much more to the development than just the beach and pool however. If you take time to explore you will find some stunning gardens, with exotic plants, trees and wildlife, and even a private zoo.

For those of you who want to spend time enjoying yourselves and relaxing, why not take the option of a live in caretaker/housekeeper to make sure that your day goes smoothly and keep the place in shape throughout your stay. When we say the beach is private and secluded, we mean it. Enjoy the miles of beach to yourself, broken only by small rivers which are easily crossable at low tide, with the only other company being an occasional wild horse that may canter by. A perfect way to begin or end a wonderful day in paradise.

The house is fully equipped with modern amenities, including wireless internet access through your own personal wireless ready laptop, Direct TV with sets in the Master bedroom, kids bedroom and the living room and a stereo system, with speakers throughout the house, and outside.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, gas grill/BBQ and full air conditioning.
