Day 1: Fly into Tucomen International Airport (PTY) where you will be met by one of the great Holiday Representatives. The representative will provide you with a pouch that contains vouchers and information about your trip. From the airport you will be privately transported to the Intercontinental Miramar Hotel. This stunnign hotel is situated on the bay that surrounds Panama City. View great views of the Pacific Canal Entracne, guests can watch ships arrive, as they wait for a Canal Pilot to guide them through. Located in a central position, between the Old City and the Financial District, the Intercontinental Miramar Hotel is perfectly situated close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and Panamanian Tourist attractions. If staying in one of the rooms on the Piso Club level, you have access to the private pool and lounge area.
Day 2: Spend your first day in Panama gaining your bearings, maybe visit some of the local attractions and sample some authentic Panamanian food in one of a number of great restaurants in the area, or simply relax by the pool and enjoy the views of the Canal. Stay at the Intercontinental Miramar. |
Day 3 : Wake up and check out the stunning views of the City and Canal from your room, then enjoy a leisurely continental breakfast, whilst preparing your brain to take in alot of information today, as you go on a full tour of Panama City. You will be picked up from your hotel at around 9 am to start your tour, which will see first visit the Miraflores Canal Locks, the first lock on the Pacific end of the Canal. Here you will see the locks in motion, as they rise and fall to help ships pass through. You will learn all about the history of the canal and the locks, from who built them, to problems that have been encountered to how often they are used. From here you will then visit the 'Old Frencg Quater' which is also known as the Casco Viejo. Here you will see some of the Kuna Indians for the first time, as they will be here selling Molas (hand stiched tapestries). You will then visit the causeway, which was built using materials from the canal, before finishing your tour at the Panama City Ruins, which were destryed by the famous Captain Sir Henry Morgan. A great way to finish the day would be a trip to one of the great shopping centers in the city, including the largest one in central America, a must for all shopping enthusiasts! Stay at the Intercontinental Miramar.

Day 4: Today is a free day to do what you wish. Stay at the Intercontinental Miramar.
Day 5 : Wake up and catch a private transfer to Albrook Local Airport, where you will take a flight (60 mins approx) to the Chiriqui region in the North West, bordering Costa Rica. You will land at the David Airstrip and then transferred tot he mountaint retreat of Los Establos. Settle in and prepare yourself for tomorows huge adrenaline rush!!
Day 6 : Prepare yourself for the time of your life as you take a transfer to the rafting lodge on the Rio Chiriqui Viejo, Palon. From here you will spend the next 4 hours pumped up on adrenaline as you raft your way down Class II-IV rapids. The tour includes raft, equipment, Expert Guide, Insurance and roundtrip transportation to and from the hotel. Once finished and back on dry land, you will take a leisurely transfer back to your hotel, where you can relax after such an exhilerating morning. You may wish to visit the Caldera Volcanically heated hot springs or just hike around the hotel trails. Stay at the Los Establos Hotel.

Day 7: Relax in the Mountain Region of Boquete, maybe visit the local town to buy souvenirs or visit the local market. Stay at the Los Establos Hotel.
Day 8 : Take a Private Transfer to David Airstrip where you fly to the Caribbean Coast of Bocas del Toro. Once you arrive at the airstrip in Bocas del Toro take a taxi yourself to the hotel (1 minute). Stay at Bocas del Toro Hotel in an Ocean View Room. The Bocas del Toro Hotel is a hotel situated in the center of Bocas Town and is conveniently located for anything you wish to do in Bocas. |

Day 9 : The caribbean are of Bocas del Toro area is well known for its Marine Life and fantastic deserted Islands. Take a Tour with Livingston Tours to Dolphin Bay, Coral Cay, Zapatillas Cay, Punta Vieja and Red Frog Beach if you have time. Stay at Bocas del Toro Hotel.
Day 10-11: The next 2 days are your to adventure around the Island and find your own little piece of paradise. You could take another Livingston Tour and do some snorkeling, maybe do some Diving in one of the best diving locations in Central America!! The area has so much to offer and the people are sincere and friendly that there is never anytime to be board. If worst comes to worst sit on the pontoon that goes out towards the next Island and have a Banana Colada or a Balboa. Stay at Bocas del Toro Hotel.

| Day 12 : Wake up late and have a long breakfast. Catch the afternoon flight back to Panama City where you will then be transferred to the Gamboa Rainforest Resort 30 minutes away. The Gamboa Rainforest Resort is situated on lake Gatun and next to the Chagres River which are halfway up the Panama Canal and provide it with all it's fresh water. The hotel is very eco-friendly and offers a variety of activities and fine dining. |

Day 13-14 : Organise some tours at the tours desk to see some of the great locations and wildlife in the area. Tours available are: Peacock Bass Fishing, Aerial Tram, Hiking, Birdwatching, Boat Ride to see monkeys and sloth's, Crocodile Observation and Canal ride.
Day 15: Wake up and have breakfast before the trip back to the UK. As always everything great comes to end. Privately transfer to Panama City International Airport and have a safe flight home.
