The Casa Mar Alta has just 2 guest rooms, consisting of the Penthouse on the second and third floors of the building, and a deluxe room.

The Penthouse was designed to offer its guests intimate luxury, maximum comfort and elegant design. With the hotel owners private art collection covering the walls of this hotel. it is clear to see where the inspiration came from. With 2 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and roof top terrace, the Penthouse is pure luxury, with everything a guest may need. Also amazing views of Panama City can be had from the roof terrace, a perfect setting for a romantic evening.

The deluxe room is much small, with one bedroom which has 2 beds. Perfect for spending a short stay before moving on to a new area of Panama. Both rooms have the typical French style balcony, which has come to give the Casco Viejo area its name and reputation. You will also find french doors and Panamanian hardwood flooring throughout.

The hotel is also located on the walkway around the entrance to the Panama canal where you can see the Kuna selling their molas to tourists and you will also se Noriega's old officers club.
